enable the successful matching of property owners with renters,shuttles with
passengers and tourguides with tourists.
However, you
should be aware that www.pointafrica.co.za does not have the resources to check
the correctness of each and every property detail professed by property owners
and consequently, www.pointafrica.co.za accepts no responsibility for any loss,
expense, disappointment or damage to property or persons arising directly or
indirectly from using this service.
www.pointafrica.co.za does not expressly or
by implication warrant the suitability, safety or quality of any accommodation
sourced by you through this service for your purposes nor does
www.pointafrica.co.za make any representations regarding any listed property
other than as expressly stipulated in these terms and conditions. Accordingly
you should before booking any accommodation make and rely upon your own
investigations and enquiries of and be satisfied of such property’s suitability
for your purposes.
Property owners and renters are responsible for contacting
each other. www.pointafrica.co.za is not involved in any transaction between
property owners and renters. You enter into any transaction at your own risk.
www.pointafrica.co.za accepts no liability or responsibility for the inaccuracy
or falseness of information provided to us by users and you agree to indemnify
www.pointafrica.co.za for all and any liability to which www.pointafrica.co.za may
be exposed to.
It is each the property owner and the renter’s responsibility to adhere to all
relevant legislation before entering into an agreement with each other.
www.pointafrica.co.za does not mediate disputes. Property owners and renters
should resolve disagreements between each other.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate bookings and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent
bookings. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied,
reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed.
The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general anybody connected to this site in any way, from now on collectively called "Providers", assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in these contents.
The Providers further do not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, correctness or completeness of these contents. Delivery Policy
When you click to make a bookings with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any booking through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the booking, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such booking. If you have any queries please contact us before making any booking for any service through this website.
Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your booking you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original booking.
Payment Options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We are in the
process of finalising our credit card payment system and currently only accept
direct bank deposits or EFT's. Our banking details for EFT payments can be obtained by calling our
